Vision
Our vision is one where young people we come in to contact with gain three important things in life to go on and function in our communities. They are having and choosing the right mentors/role models, right choices regarding education and developing a passion, We believe it’s quite simple and about gaining access to these basic three things in life that helps transform lives and communities.
Mentors/Role Models
Influenced by a good mentor/role model in life, Someone to help with growth understanding and relationship building, this is needed for making the right choices in life going forward and engaging with the wider community and surrounding yourself with good influences in life.
Education
Every young person needs education, it’s more than just reading and writing. It is about providing them the realisation they can use education to their own advantage and to utilise the knowledge for their growth in life. We want to empower them so they can lead their own life without depending on others. We want all our young people to harness and take control in their own education.
Passion
When we are passionate about something positive in life our enthusiasm to take part is infectious so helping young people to develop a passion at a young age they are more likely to succeed, being proud of what they do in life. Having a passionate outlook means they are better equipped to lead a productive life, overcoming many obstacles and are more inclined to work harder at improving themselves. In doing so improving not only their life and the people around them but they break the cycle for next generations too.
